Wendy's

Wendys is a decent atmosphere if the employees are nice. Food is just ok. Its unfortunate the needed margin causes prices to increase so high. I don't believe the food is much worth what they're charging these days. I mean there are just too many options nowadays to spend similar prices on a fast food joint. It seems I remember the food being of better quality many years ago now but I always seem to get sick stomach when I eat they're chicken or beef. Idk what happened but the quality has diminished for sure.

It's been many years coming here because I rarely eat out. However I happened to be in the area after doing some shopping. Upon PULLING up to Drive Thru to place order, a very friendly, young female voice immediately stated: "Hi, be right with you." Approximately 2 minutes later, she said: "thank you for waiting, how may I help you" Still friendly with great tone demostrating a willingness to assist. Bravo!! This is no doubt the stellar customer service ALL FAST FOOD establishments, etc. should exhibit. Pick up was excellent as well. I'm retired having worked in capacity of Customer Services Training/ Development and this is KEY in treating customers with VALUE. As a result I will CONTINUE to frequent this Wendys!! Thank you & keep up the good work😉
