I don't have photos, dead btry. However, we loved the chicken in the bucket. I mixed crispy and regular styles, white and dark meat. It was fresh, The restaurant was pretty clean we did sit at the table and ate one chix.. them we went home. Reasonable with coupon we had . We're going again soon. 🤗
For a Friday night it was quiet in the store. The lady that served me was a doll. Very courteous.
This is a very clean restaurant they were polite, nice and no one was on their cell phones. I was waited on immediately. Nice atmosphere. 😊
My fiancé and I went through the drive-thru in an Uber. We ordered 2 spicy Famous Bowls. 1 for him and one for myself. We also ordered 3 Root Beers to drink. 1 for each of us, including the Uber driver. He was awesome and deserved every sip of that Root Beer! Lol. The drive-thru rarely stayed at a stand still. Everything was very quick and the service was great! The order was correct and they didn't forget to give us straws, plastic silverware and plenty of napkins! The food was excellent and the Root Beer was superb for being a fountain drink. The cost was very inexpensive! LOVE going to KFS!!! Finger licking good!!!
They forgot a couple things but was very nice and replaced the items
I went to the one in Henrietta and the service was excellent disrespectful and rude the girl slam my cup on the counter and when I came in the from drive through the girl was talking very loudly on the cell phone. I went through the drive through first and that-same young lady was exceedingly disrespectful!! It was sooo bad I didn’t even get my order. 11/2622 630 pm
They were so sweet to me! My food was nice and hot. And they were so nice. Everyone in fast food works so hard, so when things get missed or looked over I never mind. But I called because I like original more and accidentally got crispy, and Danielle N was super kind to me! I can tell this place is run really nice, I used to work at Chic Fil A, and I can really see it in their character. Thankyou so much! 😊

Fries were 🔥 The new chicken wraps were worth the price. I was also satisfied with the bucket of chicken. The lobby was closed and this location didn't sell the grill chicken. 😕
