Specifically the Titus location. The Asian person that works there is awesome! I appreciate how much better the food is here than other marks locations that I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here. Well worth it.

My wife decided that we were going to get something out the other night. She picked Mark's and order a sub called "The Stinger" with a couple sides of seasoned fries, the were supposed to be steak fries but oh well, and their brew pub sauce. Summed up, Oh my God!!!! The sub was amazing; shaved steak, fried chicken tenders, and then your choice of cheese, sauce, and toppings. Awesome combination. And their sauce, fantastic. Bottom line, get the sub, you won't regret it.

The pizza is terrific- the service is tremendous. Tiffany - the manager is on top of details and knows her customers. She gives the local high school kids their first jobs and trains them very well - so for the folks who are criticizing the help, mention it to Ms Tiffany - the feedback helps her train them. My family ran a pizzaria for 30 years, its hard work, and if you are getting Pizza in Irondequoit, would highly recommend - the food is excellent. Always hot and fresh.

Awesome pizza! So consistent, compared to most of these pizzerias the prices don't match the quality. Marks has plenty of cheese and sauce to make you feel good about your purchase.

I generally get a good pizza here, used to be consistently great but lately it's been off. Last one was burnt and they forgot to make one of my pizzas so the one was cold and a lil burnt and the other hot. No offer to discount or anything for the wait or mistake..
Having said that we still are gonna keep going and enjoying because this mistake is just that and they have good pizza and good service for a fake price. And also no crazy wait either 20min pickup is real
