Have not been to this location before, but it was convenient to where I was. The staff I witnessed were all amazing, and happy to interact with us. The food was good, and I can see stopping by again in the future.
Kid said it was delectable and scrumptious. He likes Burger King. The Whopper was good and fresh. They took multiple coupons. Friendly service and brought tray out to table which they did not have to do. Nice.
Best location right now. Parking is slightly annoying but the woman that took my order was very polite and got everything correct. I’m vegetarian and ordering whoppers w/o meat often gets me a funny look and isn’t understood. I asked that the party be out on the side (cos my dad would eat it) and she did this without any problem. No funny looks for ordering sweet &sour for my fries either. Place was nicely decorated for Halloween and other than not getting the meat on my whopper jr it looked like the advertisements! That never happens. Impressed!
Amazing value and great location. Updated and clean location and the staff are friendly and quick. Can't go wrong with a King deal with two cheeseburgers, a side salad and a drink, all for under $5.
I visit this location at least 5 times a week and is always perfect. The food, the service, friendly. This location is the best.
We ordered through the car service. Then we parked to eat in our car. The whoppers were nice and warm. The fries were crispy and not overdone.
There have been times that in other places the food is not as warm. So we appreciated very much today's meal!! Thanks! 🌹
My service here has always been good. Fast accurate and fresh food. I usually stop here around 4-6pm and wait about 3-7 minutes (including the wait in line) for my order which is usually just a few orders of fries.
My fries are always hot which is amazing but not ideal for my young child's occasional treat 😂.
The staff is great and of all my visits only one error was ever made and they were able to quickly fix it
This is one of the best BK's in Rochester. Customer service is something they clearly strive to be great at. Warm greetings, nice attitudes, the food is tasty and doesn't look sloppy, and if there is a wait on your food they always explain what the issue is and how long it will take (other places usually just ask you to pull up for your food without knowing how long you'll be waiting). Whatever the Store Manager is doing, keep it going! We go out of our way to visit this BK if we're hungry because we know it will be a good experience.

What's not to like about a Whopper? I was pleased to have been waited on by a young lady who was the politest and most attentive fast food worker that I've ever encountered. Shannon sets an example for all other employees to emulate. Great attitude. Her talents will take her far wherever her career path leads. Whomever hired her should be commended. You've got a good one there.
