Dunkin donuts on lake avenue is by far my favorite Dunkin. The people who work there are just the best they're so great I really love that Dunkin.
Drive thru on Sunday night must close early as the lights are off already at 5 pm

This dunkin is fabulous. They never screw up. The drive thru people are constantly nice. The scrambled egg taco is amazing!
Honestly Ive only ever interacted with this store over the phone while trying to determine when the renovations on the one Monroe Dunkin closer to me would be finished.
The employees were always very kind and helpful though! 😊
I'm addicted to the ice coffee. However, I suggest getting the app. The lines and weight can be really long. Quite often the employees work really hard to not make eye contact to acknowledge your existence, especially if you have an issue. They focus on the drive-thru and the people standing at the register everyone else is invisible. They're also really chintzy with the cream cheese. You would think it's coming out of their paycheck.
I work at the vet hospital nearby and I travel to this DD quite often for my caffeine fix before work. I use the app so they know me quite well.
Today, Thanksgiving 2020, they asked, "Are you going to the vet?" To which I replied, "Yes".
Then I was handed a cup of plain munchkins and they told me, "These are for the dogs there. Happy Thanksgiving!"
I didn't even ask for these and they knew me and my job well enough and were so kind to give us something for the pups here.
Thank you all for going above and beyond. You made some very sweet dogs very happy today!!!

I really like Dunkin' because everytime I go in there they make me feel real special ( maybe because I'm "Simply Marvelous"). Service is great, they observe social distance, they keep the place very clean and fresh. PLUS everything they serve is good.
I come here most mornings before work and it's always fast, pleasant service. :) Ty guys for being so awesome every day! The app and being able to order ahead is fantastic.
You guys are the BEST!! I always look forward to seeing this crew when I get my iced coffee in the morning. Excellent senses of humor and always cheerful. I wish I could personally convince whoever is in charge of the area to give them all massive raises because they SO deserve it! Love you guys!!
One of the better Dunkins out there. Always fresh food and coffee, friendly and prompt service. Can get very busy at rush hour, and getting out when turning left on Monroe can be frustrating.
