I just want to say thank you so much to Mike aka Mush aka Portabella and Pat and Montana and Tabitha for being the most courteous and enjoyable and Professional staff that I have ever been happy enough to be served by. This is my go to spot for pizza in Rochester. They do such a great job with their Mama Tony's pizza which is basically a garbage plate pizza. I have been to other locations but the fries at this location are so much more crispy and just perfect. Great work guys!
Wow, I must say. That was the greatest service i’ve ever had. There was a young gentleman by the name Anthony who had the best attitude, most integrity and had a great passion for his job. He took great pride taking my order and making my food as fast as he could. I ordered a large pepperoni and a side of calamari, Let me tell you, both were delicious and very tasteful. The calamari though, unbelievable, absolute 10/10. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the kids loved it. I would very much recommend this place to anyone and i’ll be sure to come back again. I hope to see Anthony again!
We have only ever had one dish at the Main St Scottsville location that has been wrong. When it was brought to our servers' attention, we were comped for the meal and offered something different if we chose to have that. There's only one server that we refuse to have, and it's because of her attitude. The rest of the staff are awesome, and we recommend this place all the time.

Food is great . There is major communication issues between front end and back as to when the food is done.
It's a nice Pizza shop, staff seems to be often young high schoolers and can be hit or miss in terms of distraction. Food is dependable and probably the best and fluffiest pizza in Rochester.
We have a salvatore's around the corner from us on Buffalo road, just slightly over a mile from our house. The quality and service there is HORRIBLE, one time we had a push pin baked into our pizza. We decided to give this location a shot. It is amazing, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The food is great quality and very consistent when ordering the same product each time. Mind you this location is almost 8 miles from our house, I would rather drive the 30 mins round trip vs the 10 minutes round trip to the location closest to us!
Late night pizza order, very basic, sausage and pepperoni. I was surprised when a large was almost $25..... Obviously I was at their Mercy for convenience on my way home from my son's soccer and he needs something to eat.
I was very surprised that the gentleman cashing me out instantly gave me a coupon price and saved me about $4.
He didn't have to do that. He could have just sent me on my way...... I'd be giving "too expensive" reviews instead of complimentary reviews that this guy cared enough to save a single dad some cash on his pizza!
So, instead of a bad review, I give them the best I can!

Beautiful location and the servers are very welcoming. There pizza was so good. The dough was soft and delicious the cheese wasn't overbearingly oily. I must say their sauce to cheese ratio is on point. We are happy first time customers.
