Pizza Hut

Literally the WORST pizza hut. We've ordered there twice and never will again. They have gotten it wrong every single time. We ended not getting our food delivered, drove there, and stood there while no one helped us for twenty minutes. No one came to the front for twenty minutes. I called their phone repeatedly while we stood there and no one picked it up. This place is unbelievable. Go a bit farther down thw road to the Chili Ave pizza hut. They're fast, friendly, and make better pizza.

The building is in bad shape and in need of a complete overhaul and remodel (like most of them). Having said that, our server, Carol, was fantastic, and we were only there for the lunch buffet. There was no vinegar on the salad bar, so she sent someone out to buy some. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is! We've been to almost all the local lunch buffet locations, but this one has the best cook, hands down. Brit is her name, and she put the pizzas together with interesting, and delicious, combinations. I hope she stays there a while so we can go back and enjoy her creations. The bar was kept stocked with fresh, hot pizzas, and also the two types of bread sticks. We will be going back! And no, I have no stake in this, or any, Pizza Hut. I simply believe that when you do things right, you deserve some positive feedback.

I literally put in an order today and after almost 2 hours of not receiving my order I called them to check on the status. I was in formed that they cancelled my order because they were out of an ingredients for the pasta. They stated that they called the number that was left with the order which is incorrect because I have no missed phone calls or VM from them. So without my consent they cancelled my order. Also before I called them I actually called them once before and when the gentlemen answered he was screaming as if he was celebrating from a sports game and then disconnected the call. This is the worst Pizza Hut. I’m am very upset because I was really trying to do some good for a hungry family and now they have gone to bed hungry being that they are elderly. Smh very upset about this.

Horrible experience tonight. Ordered a pizza that was delivered with wrong toppings, wrong crust. Called the store to complain and the woman that answered tried to imply it was my fault. Horrible customer service. Got a second pizza ordered, wrong topping AGAIN, missing blue cheese dressing. Delivery guy said he'd "be right back" with it but never came back. We will not be ordering here again.

Terrible on April[ 6. Forgot half my order and never had it brought to me. They let the phone ring over 2 minutes at a time...when they answered there was a lot of talking laughing and music...more like I had called a bar then a pizza hut. The manager who answered seemd to take pride in seeing how many times I said what? As he mumbled so low. Bad experience but was reimbursed. Its been a year since we ate there cuz same bad experience...not ever again.

Worst service ever was told they called me 3 times couldn't repeat the number they called said they came to the front of the building to a bunch of parked cars there are no parked cars by the building only 3 trucks I put the truck number on the order and was told that I'm not allowed to order from there anymore because I asked where my order was..
