I have been coming here for many years at this point. It's a staple of Rochester and never once have i had bad service. I highly recommend the food and service. And if it's your first time to the ROC then you came to the right place.

Even after Salvatore's was added. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, upbeat feel and great employee/staff interaction with our party and other patrons. The food along with pricing was great. Even the Magic Man (Sorry I can't remember the name!)
Sándwiches were not labeled and to be baged in separate bags. She toke the sandwiches back labeled them but when she return she just place them on the table i was waiting for to give them to in my hands. Very bad service from this one employee every other time i been there i was treated with excell
