Love this Starbucks. The staff is incredibly. Drive thru is awkward how it is, very busy street that it's on. The one complaint they need better seating that is more comfortable inside.

I stop here on my way to work on Sunday afternoons and usually it's pretty good but they seem to mess up orders a lot everybody's very nice, but they seem to mess up orders a lot.

I often go to Starbucks a few times a week and I've had nothing but great experiences at this West Henrietta location. I wanna give a huge thanks to Naj for always putting a smile on my face and greeting me every time I pick up my mobile order.

This is my go to Starbucks. The baristas are always on point with my usual order. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile. You can have a quiet meeting inside or out. The outdoor dining is amazing in the summer. Totally renovated and super clean. With as many starbucks Ive been to so far in Rochester, this one is number one! I strive to help people get the quality they deserve. I hope my reviews help lead people in the right direction and can have great experiences at a starbucks. Im new to Rochester, im from NYC so starbucks is really important for those dreadful mornings where you are running late or just running. Well stop running and check out this Starbucks!
