We live a distance from Lipman's but whenever I go to the dentist I always make sure to stop Lipman's Their rolled beef is the best and they are always friendly and very customer centered.
Great selection, extremely fresh and will give you plenty of advice and help to make sure you get the right meat for the dish you are planning ( especially the type of chicken ).

The owner is a real mensch. Very friendly as well as the staff. Only kosher butcher in the Rotch. Stopping by it's a must for certain kosher staples not available at"regular" supermarket.
