Starbucks

When I ordered in the store and while I was waiting for my PSL to be made, I couldn’t help but notice how quick, efficient, friendly, and cheerful the staff was. Little things - that really aren’t little at all - like acknowledging I was there and saying I’d be helped in a moment and cheerful guest interactions as orders were delivered made this place stand out. Special shout outs to Woody, Ray, and Shay. I just found out they’re down a machine. I can only imagine how fantastic they are when firing on all cylinders!

Great drinks and service. Typical wait times. ->Parking is a little small and whoever designed where the drive thru clearly hates humanity. I *highly suggest* pulling into the plaza at the traffic light where dunkin donuts is, and make your way to the drive thru, it's much easier than having to pull a K-turn and block everyone from accessing the parking lot, and then risk road rage with anyone who hasn't had their coffee yet.

Great location! The staff here is friendly, accommodating, skilled and precise when making your order. The interior is spacious and with a great atmosphere - perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done while enjoying your refreshments. Online ordering is the way to go-you have the entire menu to choose from and can easily customize your drinks. Plus, it's ready in a flash and you can pick up in store or via drive thru. The coffee itself is amazing and their selection of syrups, preparation options, additions/substitutions, ect is unmatched. I like dunkin and Timmy hos but Starbucks simply has far more options and a bit better crafting style. The food is also good with things from pastries and desserts to sandwiches. I love their refrehers line of drinks. The pink drink is particularly noteworthy and has me craving it often. This is the place to go if you're in need of a quick caffeine boost, yummy hydration or a snack if you're in the Monroe Ave vincinity.
