Went to this location yesterday. Ordered my meal and two kid's meal. Cashier showed me a draft receipt asking if everything was ok and I skimmed it saying "yep". When I picked up our order. It was missing one of the Happy meals. I looked at the receipt I was holding again and realized he hadn't heard my Happy meal and instead just a plain junior burger. I realized the mistake was mine and mumbled that I would figure it out and said thank you and went to sit down. A few minutes later one of the employees came over with a Happy meal bag with the fries and toy that we were missing since I didn't catch the error originally. It was super sweet and they didn't need to do that. It kept me from having to get back in line and wait for another order. Excellent customer service... Especially since the error was mine!

I went around 1pm today everyone was extremely respectful and overall in a great smiling mood and the drive through went quickly. They did however forget my straw but it was totally okay things happen.

The food at Wendy's is always consistent. Unlike Chick-fil-A McDonald's. My wife and I got a crispy chicken sandwich it was much thinner and not near the quality of it just a few months ago!

The change in takeout is better the orders are now on a Mobile shelf The back workers had gloves on quiet and pushing food out. The women at the cash register was lost and slow pushing out the food. Having you standing there.

They were putting up Christmas decorations so it was pretty regular up in there!
