Firehouse Subs , which was going to be near Chuck E Cheese , further west, until the lease deal failed. Firehouse Subs owner from West Henrietta Rd, Rt 15, will be opening at this site. There are already signs on the windows indicating it will be open in the future ( ? ) as Firehouse Subs.

I just left this subway and it was amazing! Hands down the best sub I've ever had from Subway. There was a older gentlemen there who put love into my sub lol he took the time to make it the way I liked. Definitely my new go to subway

Service and quality has always been excellent. I go on average twice a week and every time the service is friendly and the sandwiches are always made well.

Not usually a huge fan of subway...however, I do enjoy this location. The same 2 guys are working everyday. They are both extremely polite and Profesional. Always squeaky clean and wash their hands after every sub, even when wearing gloves. They make their subs precisely each time ensuring a quality product that does not fluctuate between visits. The store is always clean. This is the only subway location I have been able to give an honest 5 star review. Bravo guys, keep it up.

We are a couple of the owners of a close by towing company and have been coming here for years. Always clean, always fast service, and always polite. Love using the app and just walking in to grab our food. Best subway in the area.

I tried the new Steak and Guoc wrap. The guy who made it did such a good job on it. I wish I had taken a picture. I almost hated to eat it. He told me what the wrap consisted of before placing it on my wrap and asked me each step of the way. Excellent Service.

Another one of my favorite locations to take friends and family. This store is owner operated. The owner and staff are very friendly, the store is very clean, and the equipment is always functioning.
Also, the coke machine is calibrated correctly, so the mix is perfect and does not taste off whether you have had a bite of food or not.
I travel for work to other states and have visited other locations within the county, and this location is my favorite.
Oh yes, it's kind of tucked away in a strip mall on Ridge Rd, you might miss it as you pay attention to traffic on the Ridge. It's steady during the day, but not so jammed that you can't get through for lunch.
Subway is quick food, not fast food, so fresh takes a few more minutes than burgers and fries. So come in and relax, don't rush!
I recommend this restaurant location to anyone reading this review.
