Premier Pastry

I ordered a cake and cookies for a surprise 40th birthday party that had an 80s theme, about three weeks before the event. It was super easy to work with Philip on choosing a design and flavors, size, and fillings. I chose one tier with chocolate cake and another with funfetti. The cake and cookies were delicious. I did some shopping around and Premier had the best price and design options. Our guests (and guest of honor) were blown away and everything turned out perfectly. I couldn't recommend them more for your event.

Our wedding cake was more than I could have ever imagined. We mentioned a few details and premiere did them and more! The cake was delicious, beautiful, everything we wanted and more! I had two cakes made for a milestone birthday for my wife. I called Premier two weeks ahead and asked for a German chocolate cake and apricot and almond flavored cake. I asked for Gerbera daisies on one and cherry blossoms on the other. They were outstanding. The decoration was great and each cake had great flavor and texture. The ratio of frosting, filling and cake was in good balance. The sponge was moist. The caramel layer in the German chocolate was particularly good. Highly recommend this baker.

Premier Pastry created our wedding cake. They did a great job for us, we had many compliments on the tasty cake. We put two weddings together in 4 months so I didn't have a lot of time to put it together. I had to order our cake last minute as a result. However, they got our order in and gave us a wonderful experience and delicious and beautiful cake.

Made it easy to cake taste at our own time. - Guided us through the wedding cake design process so we and Premier Pastry were on the same page. - They (mostly working with Philip) have been professional and courteous. - Cost was reasonable for what Premier Pastry provided to us and their support. - They delivered the cake to the venue and everyone raved about the raspberry almond torte and mocha walnut torte (I enjoyed the golden buttercream and liked having this as an option for those that wanted a standard buttercream flavor) Their service was perfect for us and would recommend them or use them for future orders.
