Great counter staff, very polite. Food was made fast and with the Tap Room expansion it's a great place including watching the games and having a beer. For us old-timers they still sell a egg, cheese and bacon sandwich which is delicious! Their burgers & hot sauce is still good, their hot do is huge we miss the smaller versions though. And the lake/bay location is very cool!

After a long day at the amusement park next door, Bill Grays was a welcome sight and our tradition each year. The food was fresh and prepared to our specific order. It was delicious and plentiful. Have absolutely no complaints other than the tables not 100% cleaned, but I understand that it’s a busy location with high overturn. It was nothing we couldn’t handle ourselves.

It's best to buy the summer pass for 120 for 20 visits. I just wish they would bring the price down for parents who don't ride. But anyway good deal for the a summer time activity. The water park is really refreshing especially the wave pool. Life guards are attentive. And lots of places to relax and picnic. You can bring in your own food and drinks. With coolers. Lockers are 12$for a small and 15$ for a large. Food is cheap with inflation. Imo.

Janae is awesome. My order was messed up and she assisted. I felt horrible when she talked to the overweight, dark-haired manager, and he didn't even know her name. She had to remind him that she's worked there 3 months. He said "I donr remember names because people come and go". Fire him and promote her. The food is great. Great location. Lots of places to eat.

Took our 95 year old mom for lunch. Good variety of menu choices cooked to order. Food was hot and tasty.

Odds are usually 50/50 when you ask for fries well done but Bill Gray's delivered the goods! The red hot was also good (can't miss with Zweigles) and the hard roll puts this hot dog above the rest. The outside area has both covered and non-covered areas with plenty of space.

Dropped a school group at Seabreeze and had a 3 hour layover so visited this location for lunch. My server Brian was fantastic! He was very attentive and never made me feel uncomfortable for having to "hang out" for such a lengthy time. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and it was prepared perfectly and was delicious! Brian was so accommodating he even went to the front dining area to get me an ice cream cone......🍦 which was also amazingly tasty as well. The tap room I dined in was clean, comfortable and had multiple flat screens all dialed in to sporting events. It was the best 3 hours of down time ever. Thanks Brian for your complete professionalism!!

Don's Original, two buildings to the east, has better ground steak sandwiches, but Bill Gray's building includes an Abbott's Custard stand. There they sell Rochester's famous chocolate almond custard. The secret to the flavor and texture of this custard is that they mix in the crunchy salted chopped almonds just before serving. So, the nuts remain crunchy and the salt has not had time to dissolve into the custard and disappear. It's delicious and worth a stop after eating outstanding burgers and onion rings at Don's Original.

They accommodated our Senior Class Seabreeze dinner on 6/8/23. The food was good, hot, well-made, and everything went smoothly. The staff were helpful and friendly the whole time we were there. Thank you so much for such a nice ending to our day!

We have ordered fish and chips. It was a huge serving so 2 people shared it. A large portion of fish with chips tartar sauce and coleslaw. A very fulfilling and nice meal. We have sat outside so the views were amazing too. We would love to go there again.
