Very clean, classy place. The music was a little loud but I was dancing in my seat. Great place to go on a date where you want privacy. The food presentation is excellent. It's said you eat with your eyes first. Well, my eyes are always delighted to see the food and drinks. Really classy place. 4
Amazing food! Everything I've had there is amazing. The staff was so friendly and the manager even came out and asked us if we needed anything and if we enjoyed our meal. After visiting at a nearby hospital my wife and I decided to try Caoba. I ordered the roasted pork shoulder. She ordered the chicken stew. We split a side of fried sweet plantain. We were surprised by the complimentary deep fried plantain chips. All of the food was delicious with generous portions.
The pollo guisado was SO good! Everything was well prepared and the service was excellent. The prices were ok as well. I mean two people ate for 30 dollars and I have almost an entire meal to take home for tomorrow. We will definitely be back to try some different things but the yellow rice and bean
I went to Caobo Restaurant for dinner a couple of days agos by myself, and ate the Fried Red Snapper with a sauce that they put on top served with yellow rice and beans was delicious. The place is very nice, very clean and their staff was very friendly. The flavor of the fish was awesome and to top
It was good. Just make sure that when you go to eat you aren't extremely hungry. They take a little long because food is being made right then and there. Be a good customer and be patient.

It was worth the trip, from Pittsfotd-Victor to the Caoba restaurant. Tasted the Mofongo with shrimps, it was awesome.
I would have given Caoba 5 stars, but it was a bit cold inside the restaurant.

Always good. Not sure what people can complain about. The only small complaint is yhe menu being a lil small. Staff is always friendly. Food is good and im a real pickey latino.
