Had a great time for the 1st cider fest with a pie eating contest that was really enjoyable. Will be back again for great food and live music. Owner/chef is a very nice guy that makes sure everyone is having a good time. Definitely try this place out if your in the area!

I love this place. The food is consistently delicious and it's not over priced. Service is also always excellent. I love the atmosphere and decor. The pretzel is fried which is different but makes it super crunchy on the outside and somewhat reminiscent of fried dough, but still very pretzely. I really like the mustard also and beer cheese sauce is good. I think this has become my favorite pretzel in Rochester! It's unfortunate that it doesn't seem too busy every time I visit, and I noticed they somewhat scaled back their menu. I hope this place makes it ! I always have a great experience, delicious food excellent cocktails friendly staff, not at all pretentious. Also the oysters.. they are fantastic!! Again my favorite in Rochester, I used to go to lento for oysters but I feel like they are much better here. Go. Get a beer a pretzel, oysters, a cocktail, Brussels sprouts, and anything else. Too bad they don't do scallops anymore they were excellent! Same with the duck!!

Great German themed beer hall with a fantastic patio. They have a selection of both German imports and local craft beers of German style. Food is also very good, with a mix of German and other styles.

This is Octoberfest every day. A liter of beer in a boot? Check. Best brats in town? Yes. Outdoor seating and a fireplace? Yes. A brunch drink that'll challenge your afternoon? Naturally. Pastrami sandwich that rocks? Yes. Weekday specials that buck the trends and make you want to skip taco Tuesday for UnterBurgerTuesday? Yep. Cocktails as well? Yep. Also! If you've never had sauerkraut, and think it's gross, try this, TRUST ME: get a kolsch, it's light. Get any wurst you want, they all taste good, really. So it comes with sauerkraut and a potato salad. Get a small bite of everything and get it your mouth all at once. NOW chew, and review the flavor. Wash down with a good swig. Hones I'm not a fan or kraut on its own, but all combined, it's freaking great.

This place had a kind of hipster type energy which isn’t really my jam, but all in all, it was a cute place! The Brussels sprouts and brats were absolutely amazing! I would definitely go back there for just those! Yummm 😋

The food was so delicious. They have a great selection of different beers to choose from. The atmosphere at the bar was nice and the staff was great. I will definitely go back for food and beers in the future.

I went here for an event and was very pleased with the friendly staff, great food selection (their pork buns are to die for), and wide drink selection. Be sure to check them out!

Friendly staff, bartender and server very attentive. Food was good - we had burger, fish sandwich, awesome Brussels sprouts and a soft pretzel with beer cheese (which was enough for 4). Only critique is it's kind of loud and brightly lit, so doesn't have much atmosphere inside for evening drink/dinner- the outdoor seating in "sunken" patio in nice weather is nice.

In my search of trying to find the best burger around, I've found this place to be at the top of the list. Amazing food all around, but I feel the burger and chicken sandwich here to be excellent. This place has a small group of really amazing staff, who are very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu. This is honestly one of my favorite places to quickly stop into, especially on the way to see a film at The Little.
