Silk O'loughlin's - Rochester - Photo album

- Simple American food; burgers, hot dogs, sausage, salads, fried foods. - Free Live music the night we were there, nice touch. - Service was good. Staff was attentive.
This is the kind of place where you have to take it for what it is. It is a bar that you can dock your boat at. That is the key appeal here. Most of the patrons looked like they had spent the day on a boat. The view is amazing sitting right by the water. That alone, to me, is reason enough to stop b
Just a few drinks next to the river. Bartenders were great!!
A special thank you for providing a great space for our dads 75th birthday! He has been enjoying time at O’Loughlins for more than 50 years so there was no doubt we had to celebrate this milestone here! They were so accommodating, staff was friendly and helpful and the space for event was perfect! H
Very nice spot along the river. The food was generously portioned, and tasty. Prices were low as compared to other local restaurants. I highly recommend the French fries. They were hot and crisp and fresh, and they give you a decent portion.
Has typical bar food and more. However we went on a Wednesday and the kitchen didn't open til 5. Got a few drinks at the bar and found a good table on the water. Nice little hole in the wall.
Went in on my birthday. $42 for 2JD AND COKE 1 Labatt, 2 Jamesons. Then $18 for 2 more Jamesons. Came back another night $18 for two shots a beer @ a JDC? We ordered 1 less drink?
Great place to watch football. Garbage plate was pretty damn good, but a touch pricey. Staff was nice enough and the view is awesome. Atmosphere is friendly.
I was there with a group on a Friday night and it was crowded and noisy but fun. You need to get there early if you want to eat outside. I didn't have any food but the menu looked good.
Excellent family atmosphere, good simple food, good prices. Staff is friendly. Able to sit out next to water and live music from across the river at the park
A Rochester dive bar institution with great views of the river and wonderful wings and Philly Cheese steak sandwiches. In the last 4 years, they've endured 2 seasons of record high flooding and Covid19. They've come back every time. These guys deserve our support.
Been twice I've enjoyed myself every time and very good prices
It's called the trash (garbage) plate. Service was amazing food was really good and a great atmosphere definitely recommend
In Rochester for work travel and found a real gem on the lake for dinner. Not an overwhelming menu and nice, casual atmosphere. Wish I took pics, but I will definitely go back. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere, fair drink prices, buy food leaves something to be desired. Also, just like every where else as of lately, bartender/servers don't listen. They then get angry at you, the customer, when you point out it's the wrong order. Like I said, that's pretty much everywhere.
Just went for beer in April, fantastic location, want to go in the summer. Right on the river at Lake Ontario. Service was fast and friendly
