Go there it is charming. Good homestyle food! Great Breakfast! I go all the time...then play mini golf with kids!
Nice place to eat near Seabeeeze. My wife had the tuna melt and I had the turkey club. Both of them were very good.

The connoli french toast was very rich and very good. Felt more like a dessert than a breakfast food. You can not go wrong with their eggs benedict either. They were just what you'd expect.
Amazing family Diner where the food is fresh, hot, delicious, and served with a smile. Our waitress, Debbie was very attentive and fun to chat with. We are Breakfast there, 7 of us, and w water and to be seated right away because they have indoor and outdoor seating! AND The diner supports Ukrainian efforts in the war! Which is very special to us since we have 2 Ukrainian people living with us who are escaping the war due to health issues. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
A cute family diner nestled just a few blocks from Lake Ontario. I dined here for lunch recently and had no complaints with my experience. It is much like you would expect, a mixture of locals reading the paper and having their coffee, and families enjoying a home cooked lunch, and workers grabbing a quick bite before running out the door. I opted for a BL (BLT hold the T) and it was good- I ordered it on untoasted bread so the kitchen had to remake it when it got to the service window and they had missed that detail. Other than that, service was prompt, my onion rings were tasty, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. If I am in the area again I would certainly stop in.
So my brother in-law said that this was his favorite place to eat.I also had a couple coworkers who had the same reaction to this restaurant. I read some of the reviews good and bad.I decided to go and try it with my wife. We ate there today. I had 2 pancakes and a potato pancake,bacon, scrambled eggs,toast.. All were good. My wife had the hot roast beef with mashed potatoes. Not sure if the potatoes were scratch but everything tasted good. Service was great.. I'm glad we stopped. Definitely will have to go back.
We always have great service and delicious food. Prices are very reasonable, and you can sit outside in the summer. They have tables with umbrellas and even a big tent. It looks small on the outside but there are lots of tables inside. This diner is a favorite for locals.
Second time here since moving back. Last time was amazing. The waitress remembered me from over a month ago and is super friendly. Gave me time to go through the menu without interrupting me, always a plus. I ordered the strip and eggs with the pumpkin soup. The steak was a perfect med rare, it did need some salt and pepper but I'd rather add my own. The eggs and potatoes were perfect, no seasoning needed for the home fries. Now let's talk about that soup. I remember the first time I had a home made sweet potato pie, it was life changing. This soup mmmmmm. If you like pumpkin pie or sweet potato pie, try this soup it will not disappoint. As always the service was amazing.
Tried the chicken salad sandwich, Buffalo chicken chowder and Mac salad. The chowder was fantastic, sandwich was quite tasty. Mac salad was a miss for me but didn't deter from overall. Big plus of use of the ice cream bar when ordering lunch menu, yum. Wait staff was friendly, atmosphere was normal diner style. Overall a diamond thats been hiding around the corner from home and I will return.
This particular diner gets great marks for their food! Fantastic pancakes and french toast and a menu that does not disappoint! My husband had breakfast sandwich with hash browns and sauteed onions which reminded me of diners from yesteryear. I loved my pancakes with real maple syrup and real butter! I get a little frustrated when I go to breakfast places and they give me fake syrup! I do not like high fructose corn syrup on my pancakes maple syrup only please! This particular venue has an outside area that you can sit and enjoy a wonderful meal but unfortunately, I wanted real maple syrup and with that brings flies and bees so we decided to eat inside. We'll definitely be back to check out their lunch which also looks like a fabulous menu!
