Rocburger On Main

I was at the adjoining hotel for work at a convention for the blind. I spent a few nights at Rocburger and got to observe the staff treat their patrons’ needs and disabilities with patience and kindness. Their work did not go unnoticed by the attendees both sighted and blind. And they make a good veggie burger!

I've been here twice, both times my hamburger and fries were amazing (They better be, they are pricey!) I love the choose your own burger option. There are several roll choices, including Gluten Free and Pretzle Bun. The service could use alot of improvement. But the food was good enough that I will definitely go back.

ROC Burger on Main was delicious when I went in for lunch on April 6, 2018. I liked the variation of burgers available in addition to the opportunity to "Build your own burger". The ordering was unique, too, giving guests the opportunity to write down what they would like on their burger to ensure it met their specifications. I liked the variety of options for toppings. The turkey burger I ordered was delicious! I recommend this establishment to anyone in the downtown area looking for some good eats!

The burgers here are excellent! Onion rings some of the best we have had. Onion roll was original, having thinly sliced fresh onion cooked into the top, rather than dried chopped and slightly burned onions on the roll as in supermarkets or bakeries. Fries were crispy, the extra added on fried egg was perfect, beer was cold! Can't recommend the food enough. It was very busy on the Saturday night that we were there. The friendly wait staff was doing what they could to be attentive and get the orders out in a timely manner, but there were lots of mixed up orders around us and the orders took quite awhile to be filled. I would believe that the kitchen was under staffed, and either lacking an expeditor or they were inexperienced in the position. Again, I highly recommend the food here and I would give 2-3 stars for service, and I will go there again hoping for improvement.
