The meat here is much higher quality than you can get at Wegmans or any chain grocery store, and at a comparable or cheaper price too. I've been coming here with my partner for several months now, and we've never been disappointed. They have dry aged meat too, if you're into that.
Along with meat and fish, they also have some nice quality ingredients like canned san marzano tomatoes, various sauces, select carbonated beverages, breads, cheeses, various spice blends, and some baked goods on occasion.

Excellent butcher shop with prompt friendly service. This is where you go for the “good stuff”. I bought a whole loin and had them cut it into steaks. They were some of the best I’ve ever had. Yes, it’s expensive but so worth it. Highly recommended!

Everything the kitchen makes is top notch, but my favorite is their garbage plate. Hands down, the best plate in town! Compared to other places, the beef is better quality, the meat portion is larger, the mac salad is top notch, they use a better tasting mustard, you get to choose what kind of cheese, and the hot sauce is absolutely perfect. Do not change a thing!

Their carry-out meals are delicious, though you could have a sit-down restaurant meal for the same money. Their Ruben Panini was generously sized. The fish portion in my fish-fry was small, maybe 1/2 or 1/3 of what I expected. The fries didn't travel well, they were soggy..

I bought a beautiful 5 pound beef tenderloin last week. What a high quality piece of meat! It was beautifully trimmed and finished. The meat itself was so tender, juicy and and easy to prepare. Well worth the drive from Webster and I'll be using using Palmer as my go to butcher from here on out.

Superior customer service today and everyday I'm sure. This store was very busy on busy New Year's Eve day but I had such a tremendous experience. It was well staffed and the store was very organized. The stock was plentiful. The people were very friendly. Helpful and excellent products. I highly recommend this store for their catering, freshmade¹ foods, seafood and meets.
