Only giving two stars because my delivery driver was very sweet. I’m current pregnant and my food was very DISAPPOINTING. This isn’t the first time so thought I’d write review. Pizza dough undercooked all toppings fell off. Crust no taste. Bacon bits only fat in grease. Sausage dry. Ordered boneless wings just to get a bone stuck in my mouth. Could taste the oil in my fries. Change your oil in fryers. My third time giving Pizza Hut in Rochelle my money. I’m done.

Always tastes good but why is the pizza always cut like hell?

Ordered food from the Pizza Hut app, took them over an hour to deliver my food. I called the store at 4:40pm and they advised me my food was out for delivery. Still didn’t arrive until after 5pm. Pizza looked as if it had been sitting for awhile. Breadsticks were hard and cold.

The delivery driver sat down with us, had a slice of pizza, stole a pop out of our fridge, and helped us chase demons out. 10 out of 10 service, would recommend!!

Usually I have no complaints with our orders but tonight our pizza was cold and there was barely any pepperoni on the pizza.

I ordered wings for my two teenage boys. They love them. I ordered quickly on line, paid on line and sent the boys to the Hut window for pick up. Easy Peasy.
