Waitress confused our order and continued to ask if we needed to go boxes instead of asking how the food was or if we needed drink refills. (Did ask if we wanted refills in a to go cup)The pizza was very good but the service was lousy. Training staff would go a long way to better service.

Waitress took our order and that was the last time we saw her. Other waitresses had to bring food, salad drinks and get refills. Definitely lost my business

Great pizza and salad! For a quick lunch or a large dinner party, Monical's is the place to go. Great pizza varieties and the family salad bowl will fill you up. Need a pizza fix, the stop here, you can't go wrong.

My favorite pizza anywhere in america and when anyone from all over the U.S. comes to visit us we take them out to Monical's. Every single person said it's the best pizza they have ever had too. Keep the quality up my friends!

Microwaving breadsticks is okay for monicals. Even approved of by their corporate offices. Nice.
