This place is amazing. I have never gotten an unsatisfactory item from desserts, breads, sauces, and sandwiches oh my. Everything is made fresh and in house. My family has been going here for a few years now. The vodka sauce is great and a must try. My only problem is that if i leave my wife alone so many delicious sweets and treats magically appear in our baskets. If you are anywhere near here, you have to check them out.

Really nice Italian specialty store. Huge selection of sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and prepared foods. Very friendly and helpful staff. We saw this store on Diners, Drive in, and dives. Season 26 episode 3. We drove about 45 minutes and it was worth the drive. We will definitely be back and will definitely use their catering menu. Highly recommended!

I love this place. so many good things to bring home. 2day i went 2 get my bestie some sweet treats, a jumbo choc cupcake, fresh biscottis in multiple flavors, decorated butter cookies, a cannoli and of course they bare famous for their prosciutto bread!!! sometimes I dip the bread in fresh marinara or I toast it slightly and lay a fried egg on top...they have fresh meats, their deli sandwiches are epic and so all of their other fresh Italian items. you will nvr be disappointed! ✌❤🇮🇹

Ordered two strombolies and one prosciutto bread. Prosciutto bread was good. Stromboli was terrible. Dry and over baked not much meat as photo shows. Never again!

The hoagies here are unbelievable. Let's start there. The service is fast, friendly and efficient. Every single time I order from here, not only am I full, but I'm impressed. Fresh sliced meats, beautifully prepared. I am huge fan of the pesto grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella. They don't skimp on either. There is a full bakery. There is a store. There are chocolate covered pretzels and cookie trays, not to mention canolis. Go see Victor. Impress your guests. Fill your belly. SHOP LOCAL.

Tiny, family owned shop. The space is limited inside, but oh man is it worth it. The food here is amazing; the sandwiches and dinners are delicious, the selection of meats, cheeses, sides, and drinks is impressively wide and equally tasty, and their holiday meals are massive and actually really reasonable. Highly recommend the spot, there's nothing like it in the area.

Anything you get from here will be phenomenal. They have deli, food to heat and eat, fresh pasta for sale, prosciutto bread (aaaamazing) huge variety of salads and sandwiches, and a full bakery. We literally chose the winery near here so we could stop in again (we are 1.5 hours away) and I promise it’s worth the drive. The eggplant stack alone is worth that drive. The spinach aracini? Ridiculous. Worth every calorie. Highly recommend this place!!

The chicken pot pie is to die for and there is nothing like their marinated mushrooms and the stuffed cabbage is fantastic, just to name a few. There isn't anything here that is not outrageously delicious!!! We will drive 36 miles just for a sandwich (we always leave with more)!!! And the place looks as good as it tastes. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

Lunch meats for the kids lunches on a weekly basis, specialties for the holidays and catering for parties. We are always impressed with the quality and freshness of everything we get!!! Absolutely the best place to pick up all your Italian favorite goodies and delicious meats and cheeses!!! I drive 30 minutes to get there because it’s well worth the trip!

Having grown up in an Italian family and around some amazing Italian delis and markets, I can easily say Dolce and Clemente is the best in the area! From their bread (FINALLY- some really good Italian bread!!) to their delicious prepared foods to their specialty products from Italy, this place can’t be beat! I am in there weekly, not just because of the amazing food, but the kind, courteous and friendly staff who always make me and my family feel so welcome. Great job, Dolce and Clemente!

We love Dolce and Clementes! For years, we have used their amazing food for holidays, family gatherings and everyday dinners when the mama doesn't have time to cook. We are lucky they are right around the corner. Not only is their food wonderful, but the staff is as well.

Suburb food, a plethora of choices, and community invested. They are kind and accommodating beyond measure. It doesn't get any better than that!

Always dangerous entering this place, as I tend to buy more than what I went in for. Take-out is awesome and just tried one of their (gf) pastas from Italy. Awesome. Desserts have always been great.

Stopped in on Saturday, made the drive from North Plainfield. It was pretty easy and well worth the trip. Place was a slice gourmet Italian Heaven. I met the owners who were warm and gracious. Wanted to pick up food for 10, some of this, some of that and wound up picking up food for 20. Brought it all to a party in Bayside on Sunday (family) and it was a major hit. Hard to pick a favorite. But “boss of the sauce” is a home run. It was all perfect! I’ll be back for Easter guys ��.
