Papa Johns Pizza

This papa john’s location needs to be closed down!!!! I ordered 4 small pizzas from them and on one of the pizzas instead of putting pepperoni and bacon, they put sausage and bacon! I called them at 9:45pm to let them know that one of our pizzas was made incorrectly and they asked if I wanted a credit or a remake, I told them I would like a remake. The manager told me that they will remake the pizza and will have it delivered in 15 minutes. 10:20pm rolls around and still no pizza, I called the store back a second time and the manager picked up again I let her know that we still have not received the remade pizza, she said that she was looking at the system and it showed that the pizza order was complete and that the delivery driver was back at the store. I told her that we still have not received the pizza! The manager “Lauren” told me that she was sorry and that she will remake the pizza herself and deliver it herself as well and to give her a few minutes! 10:45pm rolls around and still no pizza! I called a third time and this tome there was no answer! I then got in my car and drove to the store it was 10:59pm when I got there, “Lauren” the manager was at the front desk I knocked on the door because it was locked and LAUREN looked at me and ignored me and continued to throw away pizza crust that was already made! I knocked a second time, she looked at me and then walked away and went to the back! There was a second girl there, I knocked a third time they both looked at me and the second girl walked over and turned the light off!!!! THEY BOTH NEVER CAME TO THE DOOR!!! I had to call the police in order to get some type of resolution! When the cops came, “LAUREN” the manager told them that they were under the impression that they did not have to make the pizza!!!! I have never been so disrespected and disappointed in a restaurant until now!!

I ordered a large sausage pizza with mushrooms onions and green pepper. I received no sausage. I called to ask why I received no sausage on the sausage pizza that I ordered and I was told that I did not order any sausage on the sausage pizza that I ordered. Still can’t make sense of it but do understand why I haven’t ordered Papa John’s for last 8 years or so. Would show a picture of my order detail showing Large sausage pizza but the site does not allow it.

Ordered pizza from the Roanoke, TX store today and had a horrible experience. We ordered our pizza at 1:25pm with an approximate ready time of 85-95 minutes (3:00pm at the latest). I called at 3:11 pm and was told we should receive our pizza by 3:30-3:40 at the latest. I called again at 3:52 and was told it should be delivered any minute. I told them I understand they are busy but I feel like 2.5 hours is a ridiculous wait time for pizza to be delivered. I was told that the pizza delivery was considered on time and there was nothing they would be doing to compensate for the wait time. When I received my pizza the ticket shows that the time it left the store was 3:31 pm....when they quoted me it should be delivered the first time I called. Extremely disappointed in the service and the way this was handled. We will not be ordering from Papa John's again.

I ordered 2 pizzas last night at 9:32pm. The pizza wasn't delivered until 11:11pm but confirmation email said it would be here between 10:01 and 10:11. I have never ordered a pizza and it take 1.5 hours. I even called the store number twice and no one answered the phone. I always order pizza from here but I'll order from a different chain especially if it takes y'all an hour and a half to deliver pizza.. I had to settle for something else. It would've been nice if the store could've answered the phone or called to say it would take longer than expected. Poor service on your part!!!

Avoid this papa johns at all costs, not only was our pizza late but the lady forgot to bring our drink, so we called and they said they would bring it right over, fast forward an hour and still no drink, so i call again and speak to the manager matt and he says that the driver has yet to leave and only offers a free pizza next time i come (which i probably wont). then takes another 20 minutes to actually get from my house and its warm and not cold. horrible way to take care of customers. they should have just refunded me the drink so i could go get a cold one within 10 minutes. AVOID PAPA JOHNS Roanoke.

Multiple horrible experiences at this papa johns. Keep waiting 6 months or so before I order from them again and they always disappoint. This last time was the final straw. They had the wrong pizzas when they finally delivered it (15-20 mins late...), so we immediately called the store about it. The manager said they already realized their mistake and the correct pizza was just sent out for delivery. Fast Forward an hour... still no pizza. Call them up and they give me the run around saying "should be there any minute". Call back 15 mins later and was given the same response. Took them almost 2 hours total to deliver it finally. Same delivery driver who originally attempted to deliver our first order... so the manager flat out lied to us about a pizza being on the way when we first called. If I would have known the truth, at least i could have cut my losses and grabbed food somewhere else. They gave us one free pizza to make up for it. Hardly sounds worth it for a family movie night that was ruined. Won't be ordering from here again. I don't know who this lying manager is, but it's amazing he still has a job with all the complaints he must get. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! *end rant*

They have their delivery radius set as such that if you tip on 15% of what you actually paid for your food, the delivery drivers at this location get mad at you. I don't know if this is corporate's fault or a problem at the location itself, but if you live west of 35W, just use Pizza Hut or somebody else. Don't bother ordering here, they don't get enough orders to pay their drivers apparently.
