Waffle House

I stopped in for a late breakfast and was greeted by Dee. I cannot say enough about the amazing service she gave, and how welcome she made me feel. She was knowledgeable about the menu, polite, and really made it a great experience! Her co-workers Red, and Tasha were just as amazing. I observed them working and this team was on point. I have been coming here since 2010 and this is the best experience I have ever had here. I just wanted to pass on what a great job these ladies did.

Stopped by this place before the Nascar race on Sunday. There was a line to be seated but it went fast. The manager/trainer that was on site was amazing….calling out the orders for the 3-4 people helping make the meals allowed for the people to get their food fast and get the wait line moving quickly. Cody was amazing and all the staff there were friendly including Dee…you could see her smile even through the mask 😀. Our food was delicious and just as ordered. Great job!!

The fellas waiting did a very good job, very friendly and nice. The cook?!? Someone had definitely irritated him, as he was throwing and knocking things around and slow?!? Whole tue food was good, he could not take the time and listen to the order and pretty much cooked what he wanted to. My order was not even close to correct and the waiter said he would rebook it if i wanted. As I said, it was good and it was late, we were hungry and it was good. Just seemed like a strange situation, as the place was busy with large 5-6 people groups were in and out. Maybe that was it, idk.

If I could put zero stars I would. We came into Waffle House Saturday night 5/14/2022 and the ONLY person working hard was the cook. Three THREE servers walked right by us and and didn’t even acknowledge us. Just looked at us and kept walking didn’t even take our drink orders. We sat there, ignored, for at least 20 minutes before leaving. There was no hustle or anything with these servers. Terrible customer service, we will NOT be coming back.
