Elizabeth was amazing! She helped us out when we were in a time crunch and made our whole evening better! She has a bright future and Wendy's is lucky to have her.

Yikes. Not sure I'll be back to this location. There was a long line when I went there tonight, so of course I got on my phone like I usually do...of course this leads to me not moving up sometimes when I'm suppose to...anyway when I get up to the window some kid askes me if I'm okay?? And not like a nice vibe "how are you doing?" but literally in a questioning tone...I replied yes are you okay?? He then proceeds to tell me I was taking to long to pull up. He has a point, but that is terrible customer service regardless. I told him I was on my phone and he replied "well you're not supposed to be on your phone". At this point I get sarcastic and ask him where his badge is at. Stay in your lane kid, it's a Wendy's drive thru not a DUI check point. Interesting experience overall.

The best Wendy’s ever! The staff is very friendly. My order is always correct and served hot. Very good quality at this location.

I go once a year and it is always disappointing. I received my burger and the bottom bun was hard as a rock. The fries were old, soggy and cold. I like Wendy’s but the quality of the one in Roanoke is sub standard.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from this location. Do not I repeat DO NOT eat here unless you want to be planted on the toilet for the next week.

Frosty was almost all liquid and all three of my burger order was incorrect. By the time they remade them the fries were cold.
