Even with the wait today's experience was much better than many fastfood spots. Muriel (sorry if I misspelled) was very upbeat and cheery given the lack of staffing and it helped keep everyone in a better mood. The food was good, mine a bit dry but still tasted great. I'd go back again.

Small town charm with an awesome national brand. I've been to many Arby's and this is among the best. Terrific employees and the food was prepared with care.

The food was great! The only problem was they were short on help because of covid but if you had your mask on you could go in. I've always loved Arby's they have the best fast food roast beef I have ever eaten anybody would enjoy it and it's really well priced. The restaurant was clean the restrooms were clean and the people were very helpful. All in all a good experience.

Food is decent like all arbys but the service isn't great. The lady taking the orders huffed and puffed the entire time and didn't add things we said and she confirmed.. The girl at the window was nice though .

It was the worst I have ever had. It was cold. And the chicken special was so hard it was almost not edible

The GM turned this place around and now it's the only near-restaurant-quality fast food franchise in the city, (other than McDonalds on Vinton). Rarely do you find staff that are well-trained and even happy to work. A drive-thru that doesn't take 30 mins to get through. Quick to rectify all problems. Don't go because it's Arby's. Go because it's actual good & fast food.

As a 30 year veteran of the restaurant business I will no longer be coming to this location and spending money, I do realize thing happen and I'm pretty patient however I gave 3 chances in my visit. 1st I waited in the drive thru for 5 mins no one came over the pa, so I said they are busy and parked and went in... no one but me and the employees which you were staffed. The manager some blonde woman said we will be right with you and proceeded to ask staff and call them up front to see where they wanted to work for that shift... 5 mins later she says she has to go get something from the back and says sir we'll be with you in a minute after waiting 3 times to order it is apparent she does not care if she turns away business.

Even though they were short stuff the food was great the stuff was friendly and quick got in and out with my food and had a blast enjoyed every minute of it
