I went early for breakfast and there was only one person cooking, he served coffee while I waited which wasn't long. We had a wonderful conversation when he returned, I took my food back to my room and it was delicious. The waffle was the best I have ever had and the bacon was all meat, there wasn't any fat. Everything was great, it was the highlight of my hotel stay.

It could be the alcohol talking, But the food was great the drinks clean and neat. VERY nice place highly recommended. Bartender and waitress super friendly. I had no wait at all for drinks or food.

The hotel manager and staff are rude and uncaring. I sat down just to be alone at the bar no bar tender was working but I just needed to sit a moment. a hotel manager came towards me. I was repeatedly yelled at and told I would be escorted out. I wasn't drunk I just have social anxiety and needed space to just decompress. I was a guest of a wedding party and I wasn't treated like a guest. I found the hotel manager hostile and very arrogant.

Tammy Abel is a priceless Jewel that keeps this place with a warm atmosphere. Ronnie in the kitchen is a great cook or should I say chef. Glenn Ford is very hospitable also. My wife and I come here often.

This restaurant is amazing. The food was great, I highly recommend the Monterey Grilled Chicken. The staff was very kind and welcoming to me and my wife. I travel for work quiet often and have ate at many hotel restaurants and this is by far one of the best. I will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future and look forward to visiting the restaurant again!

I tried them for the first time at Bacon Fest VA 2015 and everything was amazing. That bacon on bacon with Apple butter sauce needs to be a permanent staple if it's not already. Bacon cannolis? Fuggheddaboutit! Delish! And they were so sweet and pleasant and lovely! I'm totally going to the restaurant location!

HAD THE MOST AWEFUL, HORRIBLE AND HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE TONIGHT AT THE ELEPHANT WALK AT HOLIDAY INN TANGLEWOOD!
After having dinner there, the server/bartender Tammy, AFTER RUNNING MY CARD, would not accept my BOGO coupon. So I asked to speak to the owner/manager, AMI. He then told me that I could not use the coupons because Tammy told him I had used one last night and you could only use one a month. I have used this type of coupon many times but not since this new ownership. So I was in the process of asking AMI to separate the check and I will give my guest a coupon since they had never eaten there before. Before I could finish AMI walked away. My guest and I made several attempts to flag Tammy and Ami down to still separate the check. My guest whose first time it was being there politely asked to speak to Tammy about her bill as she was passing and Tammy's response was, "I'M BUSY RIGHT NOW". I ended up spending more time attempting to get the bill straight than I did having dinner. 20+ minutes later and several times of being ignored, several guest walking out because of poor service and seeing what was going on (and I was not making a scene because that's what's expected) I left and vowed not to go back again.
S/N: Did I mention my husband has worked there for 10 years and this is how they treat there employees family. Needless to say they are now down 1 more employee.
