Ordered online at 6:30pm ready by 7:15 pm according to the screen at the counter poor service. While waiting witnessed an employee eating in the kitchen prep area with their hands picking toppings off of a pizza that was obviously made in error. Same employee was carrying boxes from the dinning area which was a disaster, never washed their hands ,handling money etc. , and putting food into the warmer , still no pizza .. Finally walked out !

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for.the kids after work. I drove 30 minutes and received 2 of the square pizzas the go in the Big box. My kids don't like that type so I asked.the Manager if I could be compensated any other way? Tiffany sarcastically said nooo. Waste of gas and my time. Terrible service ‼️. I asked for a.refund and I'll never return.

Would be a higher rating if the employees cared at all. Instead of taking us to a table the waitress pointed to the table and then there was plenty of old pizza and dried up pasta on the buffet. Had to get up and go ask for refills, tables not being cleaned, etc. Look at the pictures.

Great food! Wonderful customer service. -1 Star for cleanliness. However, compared to other Pizza Huts, this was better in different ways.

Food was bought out curbside still hot although the app responded it was ready for pickup 15 minutes before Walmart brought our order to our car and then we waited at Pizza Hut 10 more minutes before the food order was given to us. Our drive home is 25 minutes more so the pizza was reheated at home. The alternative is no home delivery in this rural area.

Coming through town on our way home from vacation. Called ahead and ordered 2 orders of breadsticks. They never put the seasoning/Parmesan on them and the sauce is cold and watery. Disgrace to the Pizza Hut breadsticks. Disappointed

Got a carry out order, food was on point. Nice and hot, great experience for Pizza Hut. They earned the 5 stars.

Asked for extra seasoning on the bread sticks. Worker is clearly incapable of understanding extra means more instead of less. 1/10 experience they cant do their jobs properly or take orders properly.
