The drive up was super busy as any Chick-fil-A is between 11.30 am -3.30 pm. We were traveling with our Belgian Malinois. So the wife had gone in to save time. The food was excellent as expected, however neither of us got the fries that came with our meals.

Tried redeeming a reward and they didn't even put the order in. We asked the person taking our order if it went through and she simply said you'll see when you pay then when we asked the person who took our payment if it went through she said yes. Also they barely gave us any fries (see picture) and forgot our sauce. To top it off we couldn't get out of the parking lot because the cars were all backed up going into the street.

While I love Chick-fil-A I found this particular location lacking. The service was not up to its usual quality; the level of friendliness was average to other fast food restaurants. They also didn't offer any sauce, and forgot to give us the sauce we asked for in our to-go order. The food was still pretty good though.

Can't remember the last time I had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. But this one about ticked me off. I get my regular 12-piece large with a gallon of sweet tea because I'm out of town. Mine was a little slow but it is busy it's pushing 5:00 in the afternoon. First thing they didn't put the cap on the gallon of tea half my fault I guess for not checking but I shouldn't have to. So now I got half a gallon of sweet tea all over the front of a rental car from the front floor mats to the back floor mat on the passenger side. So I'm like okay I'm going to give him a call till the manager hey at least need to check the lids there might be something wrong. Guess what dial the number to busy you can't call the place. By this time I'm like I better go ahead and eat my nuggets before they get too cold. No worries they weren't even hot anyways.

Honestly the best service we have ever had in a fast food restaurant. We had to wait a short time for a chicken dish and received a cookie and brownie for the really very short wait. They even apologized for it. Really an exceptionally nice and good service!

WOW!!!!!! We stopped at Chic-Fil-A for lunch after a Wonderful visit at Ripley's Aquarium. Drive- thru moved fast & our order was Exact. I had the limited time BBQ Bacon Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was Very Tasty & my Family Loved their Grilled Nuggets. Staff did a Great Job satisfying everyone in line that day

Had to wait for over 10 minutes when we got to our spot for pickup, the chicken in the sandwich was smaller, one sandwich had no pickles.... Worst Chick fil a experience I have had. No fault to the girl that brought our food, she was simply doing the best she could but the food was not good at all.
