Papa Johns Pizza

I usually always order Papa Johns and have no issues on the quality. The last few times I ordered at this location I have had very bad experiences. I ordered my pizza online and indicated “we’ll done” I received my non-well done pizza smashed, soggy and stuck to the box. I also ordered my cinnamon pull aparts and they were hard with no frosting. Seems like they were sitting there all day. I called to complain before I opened my dessert so I only received a credit for a new pizza. A refund should be issued if my satisfactory was not meant but now I only get another hopefully good quality pizza.

Terrible customer service. Their call center couldn't process the transaction after taking ALL my information because their computer was not working. The call center guy was snippy because I wanted him to do the order on his APP. I DO NOT feel comfortable someone taking my information & putting it into their phone because their computer isn't working. How unprofessional Papa John's. If my credit card info is compromised in anyway I will know how. So they transfer my call to the actual store & the store employee puts me on hold...15 min. The rude person who answers states he's busy with other customers & can't take my order even though I told him the call center couldn't take the order & sent my call to him. He put me on hold again. The person on the line was obviously annoyed, raised his voice, & said he was busy with other customers & placed me on hold. Awful service. I have worked in customer service & this is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM a customer...but guess what? NEVER giving my money to this store. & will let everyone of my friends & neighbors know it. Then you won't be so grumpy because you are so busy. GARBAGE service.

I have ordered from this location 3 times now the pizza always arrives fast fresh and warm! The dough is so good! The reason I gave 5 stars is because of customer service! There was a issue with the wrong sause on one of my pizzas today and they redelivered with no issue , struggle or drama which I truly appreciate because my kids only eat the regular tomato sauce.

Don't try to order delivery from this place specially on their app. I tried to order pizza for $16.99.They added $4.50 my order for delivery and that doesn't include the tip. Okay. I look at the total and it was $33.99! Well, unless I forgot my third grade math which I haven't, that doesn't add up. After exhausting all of the Avenues in the app, I called the store and a guy answered either in Pakistan or he has parents who moved here from there. Is very nice, took my order and address and then he proceeded to tell me that they didn't deliver to my address, even though Google Assistant had told me that their store was the closest Papa John's to my house. Well, hell in a handbasket, I'll just have some fried chicken and waffles for dinner. Except I think that's against the rules unless you live in a mobile home park. Frito pie, anyone? So no, I did not get a pizza from Papa John's through no fault of my own. And that's my review, take it or leave it

This place. The time previous to this, I ordered online. After an hour it hadn't shown up. So I called and they said they thought it was supposed to be carryout. I've never ordered carryout from this place. But after a certain amount of time of having a pizza just sitting there, didn't they get curious and wonder why it hadn't been picked up? So this time, I remembered I had a free pizza thingy with them. So I ordered online again. Specifically I clicked the delivery box--they charge a fee for it (which is fine) so I knew there could be no mixup. I sit on the phone with them now. On hold. And guess what? "Uh, we show this as being for carryout." So I'm gonna go get it. It's free. But never again.

TERRIBLE, i bought a two topping pizza (delivery) and all the toppings on the pizza were in the middle!!! completely disproportioned... When I called the store to ask them for a new pizza they were so rude and asked me “ What do you want us to do about it? “ I have never been through this type of service, the didn’t even bring the pizza!!!!
