Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered through the app, but then got a call that there was no driver. I was okay to go pick it up, but then was told that my order had been canceled so I had to wait for my order. When I got home, I realized that because my order had been canceled, they didn't keep my customized order, and it was all wrong.

I ordered a medium pizza and an order of garlic knots at 1:14pm and it didn't arrive until , I called at 3:30pm to talk to the manager to see when my order would arrive and she notified me they only have one driver and the whole process would be delayed, with an im sorry for the inconvenience. I told her when I recieved my food I would give her a call back and let her know if my 2 and half hr old pizza is up to my quality standards and she laughed at me and said "ok". I though it was pretty rude considering I'm a paying customer and they could have notified me at my original delivery time which would have been 2:30pm at the latest, but they didn't. Hope nobody else has to deal with that.

First time trying Papa John's... It will be our last at this location. Went in and ordered two large pizzas. One pepperoni one with everything. The female cashier told us the wait was 20-25 minutes, which was no problem. There was one other person waiting before us and that was it. We waited outside and came back in after 25 minutes. The restaurant was empty and we were told by the cashier who was texting on her cell phone leaning against the counter it would be ready "soon". We chose to wait the remainder of the time inside as we figured it would be ready any minute. Fast forward to 40 minutes... Then our two pizzas were finally ready. So disappointing. The entire time we were in there the cashier was on her cell phone and the place was empty. Also be weary of the area. Lots of shady transactions happening in the parking lot. Not a safe shopping center at all. Sad to see a lack of care and service for a business like Papa John's.
