Wing Heaven

This place is horrible! the wings are 1&1/2 inches long. these are the same wings that are sold on Cleveland ave for $12 a bag! After purchasing wings I rushed home to satisfy my appetite only to go back out to get wings from WNB FACTORY! I am Not a critic. I just had to let y’all know that the box of wings I got Only Valued about $2! I wondered why they customers participation is LOW! If I could take that one star back, I WOULD!!! After purchasing the wings... the box was extremely LIGHT! Now I see why’ I am Devastated and angry to the fullest’ I paid $11! Wing Heaven 7490 old national hwy.

The food here is usually very good, but the customer service is horrible. Called my order in and KAT the operations manager was very, very curt over the phone, went to pick up my order and she was the only one in the store and was a little less rude, but still kinda short. She was only one in store and burnt my boyfriend and my wings. I’m not coming back. It’s literally 3 American Delis in a 2 mile radius. Customer service is everything.

Been here for over a year and when I say FINALLY I mean FINALLY I've found a wing spot that actually offers meat with their chicken bones. Not bashing them but I've tried American Deli, stems and flats, a town wings, south side wings, etc.. basically almost every wing place on Old national. All of which had good flavors and good atmosphere but simply NO MEAT ON THE WINGS. Most of those restaurants ordering 2 15 pc combos ranged me from 30 to 35 dollars. At Wing heaven not only did I get to pick my flavors down to the last detail but I paid a whole 10 dollars less for MORE MEAT! So far the best atmosphere and wings I've had since arriving.

I was on lunch an came here just driving in the parking lot. I was greeted by this beautiful young lady name Zyeeriah. I thought I was special 😌....turns out that's how she greets everyone walking in 🤗. I was going to get a burger but decided to get a turkey burger. That turkey burger was so tender and juicy....melted right in my mouth (go try it for yourself...I'm just saying). I decided to sit down and eat. I will definitely be back.
