Around 10:15 PM, I paid for an order via app for $13.26. I requested curbside assistance. I waited in Lot #4. As I was waiting, I saw the light for the McDonald's sign gets turned off. I had already waited for at least 5 minutes. I go up to the door to find out what was going on. There was a guy, in a SUV, hollered out they were closed. I told him, that I paid for an order. He told me that they didn't receive the order because their mobile order is off and he told me call a 1-800 number to be transferred to another store to get my food. By that time all of the stores were closing. Bottom line, y'all still took my and I never received any food. That's very fraudulent on y'all part.

I chose to go in rather than waiting the double lanes of cars. But it is nice that there are double lanes. Inside service was very slow with several waiting for their food. This was a disappointment because of the wait and I would not go back again if it appears at all crowded. Unfortunately, I have had this disappointment at other McDonalds. Just not what they used to be. Maybe the virus is partly to blame.

I had the wrong food. I showed them my receipt and they took care of me there was no aggravation nor agitation. Kindness and cleanness gets my business every time.

I arrived at this location to pick up a Door Dash, and after sitting in a very slow moving long line 30 minutes, I finally reach the speaker and the employee tells me we're closed (answering my question to, why the car in front of me would pill off after such a long wait). It was only 9pm, I never....seen such a thing, nor would return to this place EVER!!!

The drive thru line was long. When I pulled up to the window to pay they young lady read my order wrong. I corrected her she said ok. Took my payment. I almost didn't look at my receipt, but when I did she charged for someone else's meal... Ummm nah not cool when all I ordered was a a happy meal and you charged me for someone else's meal which was a big Mac meal, chicken nuggets and some other items. So when I pulled up to the 2nd window. I let the youngman know I was charged for someone else's meal. He took my receipt and took care of the refund and gave me my food and apologized. I told him no worries I see that they are very busy.

if Nasty Attitude had a home this would be it! Whew, they make you feel guilty for being a customer. it's like im paying you my money for you to turn around and show me that I'm a burden to you or that I'm getting on your nerve. why give out old food and wrong orders if it upsets you so when its returned? customer service is at its bare minimum.

Them dried out burgers, cold, just awful it's them low down workers on Atlanta hey, an Ann Street an the only time you will get a hot pattern dough is doing a crown. But any other day go by somewhere else cause thay won't fix it right even if you have paid for it. But always look in your bag before leaving breakfast as well

I have been sitting in the drive thru line for half a hour still not at first window. This location is the worse ever. I have called the store and the district manager multiple times. The store just says sorry. The district manager never answered. I have complained on the survey on my receipt multiple times to no responses. Night shift manager (Man) is not very professional. They should fire the whole crew including management

They have the worst customer service ever. Every time I go there it's a disappointment. I waited in the drive through line for almost 45 mins. Then someone finally came over the loud speaker just to talk to me in slang language that they were doing a shift change. They could have said that 45mins ago so I could take my business elsewhere. Then when I finally get service it was the worst. I then I waited to have my order taken by someone who was clearly not ready for work with a wrinkled and dirty shirt on. Then when I get to the window to get my food, there is a young lady at the window eating ice cream and just standing there. Clearly the manager acts like more of a friend than a supervisor. Then on top of all that my food was cold. I was completely done by then. They need more training in customer service or just shut the restaurant down. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money there again.

This location is the worst. They are beyond slow and the customer service is non-existent. Everyone is so rude. Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the one down the road.

I don't usually want to give bad review. But my experience yesterday was really disappointing. While waiting for our orders, I went to the restroom and saw the tubs so dirty, evidently not being cleaned on a daily basis. When I came back to our table and our orders are there, asked my 15 year old grandson to get a catsup. He came back and said there was no cups for the catsup. He ask the cashier after waiting for the customer in front of him. The cashier pointed the place for the catsup and tried to get the orders of customers at the line after him even if my grandson informed her that there was no container or cups for the catsup. Since our table was near the cashier, and I heard and saw all that happened. I stood up and talked to the cashier, so she got me handful of catsup on sachets that was only at her back. No manner and customer service at all.

Went to Mc Donalds at 8530 highway 85 ,Jonesboro Ga. Ordered a Big Breakfast &6 Sausage Biscuits. Paid for my order . when I reached home, I realize that the only thing in my bag was the Big Breakfast. Went back to McDonald (10 minutes later) explained to the manager the situation .She was soooooo UNCOOPERATIVE & UNPROFESSIONAL! !! She treated me like I was trying to Steal 6 Sausage Biscuits. & she was raising her voic in front of other CUSTOMERS on the lime..All she kept saying is where is your receipt & your order was complete you got what you odered... She didn't want to hear /Listen to me at all (this is not the first time this particular Manager take here position to another level that's not a representative of McDonald's . I finally had the opportunity to hand her my receipt, and request for a full refund. Once I handed her my receipt her attitude changed her voice got lower and she gave me a half of a smile .but it was to late ,her attitude towards me was enough to make my decision to NEVER EVERY STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER MC DONALD OR ANY THING THAT IS AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY....This incident happen on Saturday ,April 2nd ,2016.....Corporate might need to start visiting the mcdonalds (Under Cover Boss)sounds good . I think it's time to Really Clean House.
