Friendly service, good food not old and or cold. Clean dining room (DINING ROOM IS OPEN) Ringgold always has the best for service in fast food!

There was a weird vibe going on with the staff which made me anxious. Food was fresh and hot but about 15-20 minutes after eating it, I became sick. I can't say that it was the food....it could've been a bug but I will go to the CHATTANOOGA BURGER KING from now on!

The only thing wrong was ask for NO Pickles and they marked the pickle out on the wrapper so I thought there was no Pickles I left got down the road several miles opened it and it had Pickles on it but everything else was good

Your staff from multiple locations obviously need a customer service refresher. Rude, short behavior considering im giving you my business and dollars. Here's a chance to improve yourselves and to prove your better than McDonalds. Come on TEAM

We went through drive thru, we had to wait on our food in parking space (not to long). Staff was very friendly, food was fresh & accurate.

I stopped for my daughter, for I have Celiac disease and they do not offer anything for me. I figure it is because they are making so much money they don't have/want to care. It took forever, and I don't call that "fast food!"

I have been twice. First time hamburger was not fixed as requested. Got small everything when I ordered large. What really got me was the brick hard fried onion rings. Husbands was correct but half of the onion rings were French fries and nuggets. So I decide to give it another try. Order size correct but my chicken is so fried I can't bite through it and AGAIN the onion rings are brick hard and no onion exists its so fried. I believe I got 5 or 6 onion rings that were decent but still hard. What a waste of money. Either your calibrations are off or they cant handle the business and need more people there. I'm not sure I trust going back again! If I could upload a pic of the rings a d chicken I would.
