Uncooked chicken 😬So this was the second time I had this happen. When I went to address it with the owner said you say that “every time” I’ve eaten here for years and year and when I showed him the food he said it’s done we cooked it for 10 minutes that’s “just” how seseame chicken looks. I said can you just refund our money he said no it’s nothing I can do. YOU just don’t come here anymore. I’m like oh that was the last time ANYWAY. I’m like who wants to eat raw pink chicken. That’s disgusting. He said I don’t care. I left the food and will be getting a dispute through my bank. Waste of $30. Check your food before you bite into it!! I didn’t know you could eat chicken rare!! Ew.

Food is good. Service not so much. The worker yelled at me. Didn't know about price change (saying I should have known it was going to happen because of the pandemic is not a good reason. Notifying customers of changes is your job. Plus you not sounding surprised at people believing the prices on your google menu instead of the actual ones tells me you 1. Know of the problem and 2. Have done nothing to fix it still. So yes another price mix up happened). I altered my order because no I didn't think what I ordered was worth what you were asking. And no, I don't include you having to fix a mistake you made to my order because that was your doing. I was definitely frustrated at this point because this was not what I was expecting when I ordered, yet they were the only ones with an attitude. I was nice and calm the entire time.The attitude is what made me say nevermind. Being yelled at is why I'll never eat here again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They are incredibly RUDE! The cook yelled at me when I KINDLY asked for a refund. Claimed they “don’t give refunds” and that I should’ve come back in the middle of a TORNADO to return it. I ordered the seafood plate with fried rice and orange chicken with lo mein. EVERYTHING tasted burnt and was completely INEDIBLE! I cannot believe they’re content serving this FILTH. Stay FAR AWAY from this establishment! Spend your money elsewhere. 👎🏼

We placed a to go order of general tso’s chicken, steamed dumplings, crabmeat cheese wontons, and chicken lo mein. My fiancé went to pick it up and was charged $40 for items that according to their menu, come out to roughly $23. Even with the inflated prices grub hub charges, it still doesn’t add up to $40! I understand everyone is trying to keep their business afloat but this is ridiculous. The lady kept speaking over me on the phone and we live maybe 4 minutes from this place and our food was cold when he got back. We will not be back.

Always friendly kitchen staff whether your the first customer of the day or the last. They do have a couple tables for eating in, but it's mostly run as a take out. Food is cooked to order, but quickly. The food quality is top notch. The food quantity is even better. Nice pricing. Not but a couple dollars more than your standard burger joint. I eat here regularly and the standards never waiver.(pictured below is the Moo Goo Gai Pan)
