Great Bistro with with a better than average selection of quality wines. I've been there a few times for lunch and find myself coming back. The food is always wonderful. There is a gift shop adjoining the restaurant that features kitchen and home decor items. One tip I can give you if you're going for lunch make sure to get there a little bit before noon to ensure a table.

Been here for lunch a few times. Food is awesome, definitely a little slower pace. But good for lunch.

Great food🥘 🍽 🥣🍴🥗🍲, a little expensive 😋, but really 👍good & outside seating. Waitress really 👌nice, even shared her 🎂birthday cake. 😊Happy birthday. 💘 Love, "D"es

We stopped in for dinner on our road trip from Arizona. The food is plentiful and so delicious. We had hot sandwiches, the gunmen and cheesesteak. Wonderful service and great food!

Very good food and at reasonable prices. Were accommodating for allergies of some of my party and offered gluten-free bread for them.
Ordered the chocolate cake, the hit man, and not your mamas club. All excellent.

Had a really great sandwich with lots of meat on it. In fact, all the sandwiches looked tadty. I don't think you can go wrong with any selection on the menu.

Great little spot, offers a small menu of some really nice, upscale, salad and sandwich options. They have wine and espresso. It's small but they have a couple tables outside to enjoy on nice days... It can be a bit on the loud side, so if it's busy you'll possibly find ourselves straining to have conversation. It's also a bit on the pricer side, but it's a boutique cafe feel so it should be expected.
Check out the little shop behind them, super fun, especially if you are traveling and want to take home some nice, unique gifts.

The sandwiches do taste good but with meat upon meat upon cheese upon cheese you would think so. Definitely can't eat that way very often & expect to live a long life. There are so very few options for eating in this area that Fuel Bistro does fairly steady business. The staff are very nice, the atmosphere is a bit industrial mostly because of the lighting. I believe they source well but it would be fantastic to see more healthy options. I will have a salad next time, if I go back. It is fairly expensive for a soup, sandwich & salad place, I guess it's understandable but not 100% worth the price.
