Fantastic Deli and Bakery! Like having a taste of Arthur Ave right in Connecticut. If you enjoy quality, fresh and satisfying food, no need to look anywhere else. A good staple for this, or any town.

Majority of the food is great, sandwich making skills vary based on the person you get, but as a former deli worker I'm super picky about QQ when it comes to sandwich preparation. Decent quick breakfast sandwiches too, nice fresh roles. Salads and baked goods are very good, lasagna could be better,

The crew at Parma is the best! We regularly make big orders for work functions and they always deliver! The one time I had an issue with an order (not their fault at all), Joseph went above and beyond to help resolve it! If I could give them more than 5 starts I would!

Make a simpler Menu jeez. You have papers of different sandwiches everywhere! Quality sucks. 2 simple food items 1) macaroni salad A disgusting amount of mayo that I couldn’t even eat it it was more mayo than macaroni. 2) meatball Parm. Very simple how could you mess this up well your sauce was so

This was a fun little stop we made along the tour to CT and NYC. Not often you come across a deli with so many options to choose from the worst part of the experience is trying to figure out what to get. Friendly fast serves and the Grilled Chicken fajita was delicious. Definitely a place to stop by

The food here is amazing. However, they seem to have taken on a new meaning of inflation pricing. It’s more price gouging really. Breakfast burrito with extra sausage and a Pepsi for ($15.69). They do make quality food but the increase in cost is absurd.

I was just there and literally stood waiting to give my sandwich order and was TOTALLY IGNORED by all the staff. As they were busy making sandwiches, staff just walked by numerous times with no acknowledgment. A couple that came in behind me were promptly asked "can I help you?" I'm beyond disappoin

Im a regular customer here, the food is always good. Every time I come the employees are very kind. I always recommended my friends to this deli. The bakery side is also very lovely, this is always my place to go when the holidays come. Thank you Parma for your service!
