I ordered the spicy garlic shrimp with fried rice and miso soup. I also got some soft shell crab sushi. The food itself was alright. shrimp had a great flavor, but it was kind of chewy. However, the sushi was delicious. The food isn't even the best part. The best part is the hibachi experience. Watching your food being made in front of you is a treat. And to add on to it, our chef and waiter were really kind and helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I saw the 4.4 total review on here and absolutely DO NOT agree! SHOULD BE 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sushi bar was amazing! Thanks Jim & Eason (sorry if spelled wrong)!! Wait staff were all very friendly and caring. Even apologetic when items took a little longer than expected.

Not only are the grill chefs Very good at their job, they are special entertainment that leaves everyone smiling, laughing, and in a great mood! Drinks are very good, service excellent, and atmosphere full of convivality, warmth, and fun!

Nice Japanese food place where you can sit at the grill and be entertained while your food is being prepared. Food was good. Chef was truly entertaining. Did not take too long either. Convenient locations to hotels.

By far the best sushi in Ridgecrest. Habachi grill also available. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

In town for just one night and this place was a great choice. We had scallops, mahi mahi, shrimp, and steak. All dishes were cooked perfectly.

This was a road stop for us. It was a delightful surprise. We had the rib-eye and the pineapple chicken. Both were delicious. There was also a teppan-yaki experience but we chose the regular table. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. This will now be our list for stops when in the area.

Double birthday dinner for 18 and 11 year old. Fantastic first time Szechuan experience for daughters and mother. Quite entertaining. Lots of laughter trying new foods. Attentive service. Anticipate dropping a $100 bill. Tip generously as it's deserved. Party of Five left with full bellies including meal and drinks and dessert and doggy bags $160 including a generous tip. Will definitely return. By far Best Value in town. They even Sing Happy Birthday ... with tambourines

Best Japanese food I've had in a very long time. The sushi is delicious. My favorite is the cruncy roll, and favorite dish is the pineapple chicken!

I had the esteemed privilege of having Mike as my Hibachi Grill Master during my visit here on September 1st. I came here with low expectations after visiting “Casey’s BBQ” previously (google review is finished for hat place) Also Ridgecrest being Ridgecrest, I feel like It was fair to expect low expectations. Walking in was completely different than what I thought it would be, the place was somewhat busy and I can hear laughter and small talk amongst the group of young adults throughout the restaurant. The music was gentle and slow paced, which was great and relaxing. Other restaurants play a fast paced tempo music as a psychological strategy to get customers to finish their food quicker. Staff was friendly. Mike successfully answered all my questions to include food distributors, cooking methods, etc. I am impressed that the restaurant was able to overcome the logistical challenges as well as acquiring the talent for the Grill Masters here in Ridgecrest. I would like to thank Mike and the restaurant owner for providing this service here and for the impact they have made throughout the local community. I am impressed , I am full, I am happy...and I will definitely be coming back here, hungry for more.

It's cheaper and friendlier than a Beni Hana's and their food is surprisingly good for being so far into the desert. I've been there a few times and I have always enjoyed the experience.

This is a great place to entertain family. It is a bit pricey but totally worth the experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was family friendly, and the staff was friendly. The alcohol beverages were not very good though. The pina colada just tasted like a premixed drink out the bottle and was not tasty at all. Next time I’ll opt for a beer. Overall I would definitely go back to this place.

Everything was great, but it was very warm inside. If doing hibachi, need more AC. Food is amazing though.
