Super slow, food sloppy and cold, I sat at the window waiting for my food for 15 minutes. Handed me my food I ask for sauce they hand me only a couple I had to ask for more three times. Then they failed to give me my drinks that were sitting right in front of them and turned around and starting talk

Food was good but they didn’t give us any napkins, didn’t cut my wife’s sandwich and they forgot my cheese cup 😔.

I think it's great. They seem to make your food for the most part when you order it but it really never seems to be crowded. Maybe I go at the wrong time.

Good quality food. Fast friendly service. Place looks clean front seating area. Kitchen what you can see. Fair prices for the quality of the food

Almost missed a shake, totally missed two sliders. I understand they may be understaffed. Check all of your order before you leave. I do not normally suggest this because normally it is the job of the person at the window to verify your order for accuracy, but right now I think it's warranted.

This place is absolute trash, nobody here cares about your order. Is probably some of the worst heat lamp food I've ever eaten. I even go during the height of lunch. And they never keep a stock of mozzarella sticks so they're always out. And the cheese on their sandwiches is never melted, cold as ic
