Came through the drive thru and they had me pull forward because said they were making my food “fresh” I sat out in the parking lot for over 15 minutes until I finally went inside to find my food. They had forgot about me. Awesome, I was late to work at this point and really defeated the drive thru

Usually amazing place! One of my favorite restaurants. Great to dine-in and fast drive-thru, but… I went a couple of days ago to order food and we went through the drive-thru. Only reason for the 3 was not enough people to clean up tables an floor. There doing check out an running to do other jobs. Over all food was great
Fazoli's is a good place to eat. Unfortunately, like so many restaurants, their pricing has gone through the roof. The food is good.
