Just tried to get a 8 piece. Should have knew it was too good to be true. Tonight they only have spicy chicken. I asked what happened to original. She says only 2 drum sticks... Wow. No one in line and very dark. Step your game up
This KFC location is always one I am glad to come to. Manager has always been top notch. But it's the flavor of that chicken that when it is not too soggy, is simply delicious. 4/5 is the fair rating.
KFC in San Pablo is the best location I have ever been to. The employees are very nice and efficient. If you need anything they are willing and ready to get it for you. The food was better than anything I've ever had at KFC and this is the only one I will visit again. And I've. Recommended this loca
This location is a mess. So behind on orders even though there wasn't a single person eating inside and only 4 cars in the drive thru. Cars were just stuck and couldn't go anywhere
KFC is the best chicken, the original Recipe is exactly as I remember it from being in my twenties... This location is terrific: drive up window for COVID-19 safety. Very efficient. And safe. Kind staff. I ordered three breasts original recipe. That's all I wanted. Plus the biscuit that comes free.
Disappointed with Kentucky Fried chicken— maybe this Richmond site is not doing the recipe right. Got pieces of odd sizes , Too brown & dry.
I love that original recipe of moist chicken that’s pressured cooked then fried with. Seasoned & Tender crust.

The chicken sandwich and fries are on hit. A nice Drive thru is always a plus. It's actually got a really nice patio/ landscaping for being a fast food joint in the Rich🤩
Messed up on our order gave us mashed potatoes when we asked for macaroni and cheese. Made us wait on the other side. I'm more than happy to wait but at least take the time to make sure the order was correct.
