Rally's was my third stop tonight to grab something to eat. The two other places had bad customer service or kept over talking me while I was trying to order and if they had been listening to me at all I had ordered it exactly the way they are now robotically asking me their programmed questions..da
Cashier was huffy. Waited about 10 mins for the food. After we got it we sat down to eat and my son had gotten a 6 piece chicken strip and they looked nasty and had been cooked in burnt oil along with the fries
I am not much on giving bad reviews but I must in this case. Typically I never have an issue at this location but this night the girl working at the window was very rude and unpleasant. I am not sure if it was because maybe she might have been training and new or just all around just having a bad
Good burger and fry place. I haven't had fries like those ones before. They are a mix between fries and jojos. You can get the best bang for your buck here.
I ordered DoorDash and the food was delivered extremely fast, not the dashers fault at all. Food was cold, fries had no seasoning, and the chicken box had 8 pieces… aren’t why supposed to have upwards of 20?? Come on rally’s, you can do better.
It's been several years since eat at a Rally's. Happy to see the old classics like the Big Buford combo and new favorites like loaded parmesan cheese fries.
