2 lanes and everyone is supposed to alternate once they get to the board. Some did, some didn't. I almost had a woman hit me because she didn't want to do that I guess. Need a better system. I'd suggest putting someone out there, but I'd be afraid they'd get hit. Food was great as usual and employee

I always stop at a cane when I see one. There are none where I live. Very clean and friendly place.

I went to Raising Canes in Richmond Ky today to get a meal. They waited until after I paid and hand me my drinks to tell me they had no ice. If they had a decent manager at this store he would have went and bought bags of ice. The drinks were warm. You couldn’t even drink it. No discount or anything

Food was tasty and came out quickly. The dining area could have been cleaner.

I'm so mad, they gave us cockroach toast. As in there was a cockroach just living it's best life on my delicious toast. And we all know that bug was crawling around the box before I got to open it and I didn't find the cockroach until after I ate all the chicken and fries THEN after saving the best

The parking lot is really a pain to navigate, especially when it's busy. The food is good, though. I only got to eat inside once or twice before the quarantine banished everyone to the drive through, but the service was pleasant.
