It's fast food. It's McDonald's. What do you expect?
Well, I always have an excellent experience at this location. The crew is always pleasant and friendly. My order is always accurate and complete. The food is truly as is to be expected. They meet whatever standards McDs have for quality control.
Great experiences with all the workers here, some are really sweet. Food is always good and never had a problem.
Finally, a good McDonald. A really Nice Hostess and Cashier brought hour meal to the table and picked up! With a smile. Wow !
The location is consistent and food tastes better than the average McDonald's. The only issue is getting to the location due to the awkward intersection between Hathaway Rd and Forest Hill Ave.
Placed order for two at drive thru in second. The order was hot and ready.

Typical McD's. 2 drive thru lanes open. Line moved quickly. Service at the window was prompt and accurate. Servers were pleasant and friendly. Coffee was hot and the right amount of cream and Splenda was added per my request. Moderately busy for breakfast. Curbside Delivery available.
2 am and my food was fresh. They forgot one of my sandwiches but I had quite a large order so I wasn't even upset about it.
I almost always have to pull ahead and wait at other locations. I did not have to do that at this one.
Even though their "Deluxe" (4C) chicken sandwich is pretty plain (lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise), I was very hungry and it was pretty good. Drive thru peeps were efficient and cordial.
It's McDonald's, it is what it is. Bathroom was clean and the cashier was fast, order was correct.
