We went to Three Notch'd for Trivia Night on a Wednesday evening. It was fairly busy, but space is big and so did not feel crowded. The beer and dry cider was excellent. My husband took home a 6-pack to enjoy later in the week.

Great drinks! One of the best breweries around! Great staff appreciated the fact that I ordered a spirit drink cocktail and he noticed the glass was broken and re-made me another drink to make sure it was safe to consume! Definitely come check them out
Had a good experience, overall. We tried two flights of four beers each and liked most of them. However, I'd love it if they offered some bar snacks on the menu and had a wider selection of beer.
Really enjoyed our time here. It is a huge brewery, keep that in mind if that is your desired atmosphere. There is an option to sit at the bar but seating is limited. The beer was good and the food was great!
