Superior! Best BK I've visited in a long time: clean, well-run, and the woman (I believe she was the manager.) at the counter was so warm and genuine you might have thought you were in a sit-down restaurant. They should all be run like this one. Highly recommend!!!
Normally this burger king has been worst bk experience always. But last night around 7pm guy in drive thru who took my order was awesome. I asked him to drop fresh chicken fries and mozz. Sticks in fryer. Hottest food and best food ive gotten from there in 10 years.
The service was good and the restraunt was clean. But I stopped here to get a couple of the new king snack wraps and they were meh. More lettuce than meat and the honey mustard ones tasted kinda funny. All in all ill go back to that one when I'm in richmond. At least they don't ask for tips like the
The new chicken wraps are pretty good! The honey mustard is a lil strange 🤔 still yummy though a lil small. Always better with chicken fresh from the fryer!

Drive thru unorganized. Bun for Whopper Jr. Very stale and fell apart. No salt on fries.
Love this location. Love their #1 Cheeseburger Whopper, which is served hot and not like McD's cold burgers and fries. This location told me that McD has milkshakes, but their employees are so lazy they tell customers their milkshake machine is down for repairs. I hate Sonic for serving cold burg
About a year ago we stopped going to this store because of the extemely poor food quality. We've gone several times over the last couple months and the food and service has been consistently better! The food is always hot and the fries no longer taste like the oil hasn't been changed in the fryer. T
