Customer service was fantastic and coffee tastes so much better then Starbucks was impressed how fast service was and how great the latte tasted I got would recommend it to anyone who wants a really good cup or coffee and is in Nordstrom or the mall shopping.
Always a breath taking experience when walking into Nordstrom's. The customer service provided by Anais, in Jo Malone, is always exemplary.
Best place to have a coffee at Short Pump, hands down! Friendly staff, great coffee, still below Starbucks pricing.
