Food was good, service however was slow. I ordered online and had my pick up time for 5:40, I got there at 5:42 and had to wait 10 minutes for my food.
Chipotle at Richmond downtown, the only reason I took a star off is they meat savings portions. I usually get a scoop and half for an order but they gave me 1 scoop and 2 pieces of cut steak. Overall very clean store and clean bathrooms.
This was the best chipotle I went to . Everyone was so friendly and nice . Definitely will be going here again .
Still the best Chipotle in the city! Go inside and order. Everyone hates people who order online. The folks complaining about portions are the people who show up to a restaurant the last hour before close and I promise we all also hate you.
My friends and I had a great meal from here at 9pm on a Saturday night. The chicken and guacamole were spot on for chipotle. Food was tasty!
